Security Academy Ltd provides consultancy, design, and delivery services in the following areas:

• AI strategy and consulting
• Process automation
• Personal AI assistant deployment
• Security consultancy and risk assessment
• Custom software and web development

The scope, deliverables, timeline, and fees for each engagement are agreed in writing before work begins.

3. Quotes and Agreements

A discovery call or initial consultation does not constitute a binding contract. Work begins only when both parties have agreed a written scope of work and, where applicable, signed a service agreement or accepted a formal proposal.

4. Payment

Payment terms are set out in each individual engagement agreement. Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

• Invoices are payable within 30 days of issue
• We reserve the right to suspend work on overdue accounts
• Late payments may incur statutory interest under the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998

5. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

• All work product created by Security Academy Ltd remains our intellectual property until payment is received in full
• Upon full payment, ownership of bespoke deliverables transfers to the client as agreed in the engagement terms
• We retain the right to use general methodologies, frameworks, and non-confidential learnings from any engagement

6. Confidentiality

We treat all client information as confidential. We will not disclose your business information to third parties without your consent, except where required by law. We are happy to sign a mutual NDA prior to any engagement where required.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law:

• Our total liability for any claim arising from an engagement is limited to the fees paid for that specific engagement
• We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental losses
• Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by negligence

8. Website Use

This website is provided for information purposes. While we take reasonable care to ensure accuracy, we make no warranties about the completeness or fitness of the content for any particular purpose. We reserve the right to change or remove content at any time.

9. Governing Law
